Belated RIP: "Officer Gregory" the dummy

Introduced into the Mt. Lebanon police force in 1990. Kidnapped in the line of duty in 1991. Three people were convicted in the heist. Promptly replaced by "Gregory 2". Who was promptly kidnapped again.
